advance as possible so that you can have the date that you want. We take deposits, which
are non-refundable and ensure that your date is held for your party.
It is also recommended that the character appearance remain a surprise! When children
know that their favorite fairy-tale friend will greet them personally, they often become
anxious or shy. Surprising them also makes a great photo opportunity!
We don't like to spoil the magic for little ones by revealing that the party character is an
actor and not the real thing. We want to keep the party experience pure. Our characters are
extremely professional. Because of this we discourage any transfer of money that is visible
to the children. Please have the remaining balance in a non-sealed envelope and hand it to the
performer’s helper when they arrive at the event location.
Please only call your hired entertainer by their character name and NOT their legal name.
Tips are appreciated, but never necessary. If you wish to tip your entertainer, please place
it in a separate envelope and hand it to the performer’s helper at the end of the party.
No one ever wants to see a character leave, and children are always curious to see how
they arrived. It is always a good idea to have some sort of distraction available when the
character departs (unless this has been covered as a performance extra). Cake or presents
are always excellent distractions.
