We would love to pixie-dust your next party! We DO have a few basic requirements. As of
July 2011, a non-refundable $50 deposit must be made 2 weeks before the event date. In
the case of last minute bookings (made within two weeks of the event date) a deposit
MUST be made within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Check, money order, cash, and
paypal are all acceptable payment methods. This deposit guarantees your time and date. In
addition, travel is only free to all events within 20 miles of Lafortune Park (near our
location) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After that, a fee of $1.00 per extra mile is charged. For
parties outside of Oklahoma, other travel costs may apply.
All our clients understand that we are not affiliated with Disney or any other big-name
companies and that we do not support copyright infringment. It is the resposibility of the
client to read over the party package details carefully so that there is no confusion. We
highly recommend reading over the Party Tips page, as well.
We suggest booking characters at least 2 weeks before the event. Some of our actors need
two weeks, while others are available at a moment's notice. So, even if you are not able to
make that 2 week time period, we might still be able to help with your event!
Finally, none of our characters go to events alone. A character assistant will always be sent
with them (at no extra charge). Our character assistants are there to help your hired
entertainer, should they need it. Character assistants, when not aiding the entertainer, will
take party photos. Within 2 weeks of the event, these pictures will later be e-mailed to the
parents to add to their album, Christmas card, etc. Unless otherwise requested, these photos
may be used on our site, website, facebook, or any other way in which we see fit.
We ARE here to enhance your event experience, so we have these guidelines to make
everything run smoothly! A booking request may be made via e-mail
